We thought, “How could we thank her?” We decided she was All-American like apple pie and she loves to support our troops, s-o-o-o-o…. we thought let’s make an Apple Pie Cheesecake and use 10% of the proceeds to send homemade Biscottis to the troops overseas and name it after her.
