By recommendation of a Grid Iron Legend, Martin “Autimatica” Gramatica, who definitely knows a thing or two about celebrating, we combined this slow-cooked, sweet milk caramel and a touch of chocolate to our famous New York Cheesecake, and we think you will get a ‘kick’ out of it! The Gramatica Family has not only conquered their competition on the field, but they have embraced the community and are champions of our hearts. We can only hope this cake lives up to its name!
