Calta’s Cruisin’ Lobster Cheesecake is named after a famous Tampa Bay Radio host who once ate a whole lobster while driving! This savory cheesecake is delicately blended with Sautéed lobster and our special garlic sauce and topped with a lobster bisque sauce. This pairs best with a Chardonnay or a Sauvignon Blanc. If you plan on keeping this in your refrigerator hide it well or it may disappear!
